Brief history on the foundation of the company:
- Avenzor is a private company and was founded on 4.9.1991 according to investment law No: 10.
- Construction started on 1/2/1992.
- The company started production on 1/6/1996, and marketing on 1/1/1997.

Ave nzor for Pharmaceutical Industries:
is a leading company in manufacturing pharmaceutical products in Syria.
Avenzor sells to the local market and exports to a number of countries in the region with plans to extend exports into new markets soon.

By cooperating with leading pharmaceutical companies for license production, Avenzor aims at contributing to the development of the Syrian pharmaceuticals industry and serving the local consumers at affordable costs. Our generic products are also a key factor in our policy.

Our main focus is producing high quality pharmaceutical products. That is why our production lines are sourced from the EU and our products are produced according to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Avenzor was founded in 1991 by eleven members with economical and Medical background.

Shareholders:
A group of economists, Medical Doctors and pharmacists.

Capital:
Authorized capital: 750 million Syria Pound.

Design:
Facilities, design and drawings have been made with qualified local experts, reputable Syria consulting bureaus and international experienced houses.
The design and selection of our production lines are sourced from E.E.C. and manufactured accorcling to the current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) regulations. A large part of the investment has been designated for the safety of our team and efficiency of our products.

Manufacturing:
The company is manufacturing according to the current good manufacturing practice regulations (cGMP) and good laboratories practice regulations (cGLP).
The company flows the validation process for all its activities
(Products manufacturing, lab. Testing, Production facilities machines)
